About the Ford Maverick
The 1990s European Ford Maverick was a recreational four-wheel-drive vehicle, introduced alongside the closely related Nissan Terrano II. Ford later reused Maverick for a different compact pickup in North America, so the recorded year and market are important to interpreting the name.
